Return Policy of Oneeclick

OneEclick makes sure flexible return and refund for the users who are not satisfied with our services. Return and refund policy is not applicable to all the categories of product or on change of mind and restricted to certain sellers only. Return policy may vary according to different product category. categories of product which have warranty period will be transferred to the particular service center and on those categories of product return and refund policy will not be applicable. Information regarding warranty periods, change of mind, etc. will be on the left navigation bar on single product view.

Return Initiations

From the day of delivery customer have 3 calendar day to initiate and apply for return and refund policy.

Legitimate Reasoning for Return

  • Product delivered to the customer is physically/virtually damaged.
  • If the product delivered is different from what was ordered from the website.
  • In categories of product especially fashion/clothing/apparel if it does not fit.

Basic Inspection on Delivery Site

On receiving the product from customer on delivery site product will be checked on whether it is applicable for the return and refund policy. Inspections will be based on meeting minimum criteria as mentioned below:

  1. Bills/receipts and the original tag of oneEclick packaging should be kept along with barcodes and delivery sheets that are attached on to the onnEclick product packaging for product return initiations.
  2. Product packaging should not be tampered that includes inner packaging, original tags, barcodes, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. Product should include all these things which was present in the product at the time of delivery.
  3. In case of apparel it can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unused and acceptable but must be unused, unworn, unwashed, tags should not be tampered and should be in a condition without any flaws.
  4. In case of not meeting our minimum criteria we have right to not accept the package.

Acceptance and Refunds

After receiving the product, it will be quality checked and based on the outcome it will be processed for refund. The refund time may vary extending to more than a week.

Delivery /shipping charges will be refunded only if the return & refund policy is initiated due to wrong/defective/damage/quality product. If the refund is initiated due to options on product i.e.  “No longer needed” or “Change of mind” then the shipping charge will not be refunded in this case it will be sole responsibility of a customer to pay for the shipping charge during the return of product.
